Another Moving Conversation is on its way. The second in the Brave new City series, this time in London town on 24th March 2010.
BRAVE NEW CITY
What will the cities of the future look like? How will we live, work and play? What choices can we make now to secure the urban future we want? ISSUES brings together four of the best forward-thinkers from Academia, Science, Government and Commerce to answer these questions and present their own visions of the future. Panellists include: President of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Professor Paul Jowitt; Phillip Blond, renowned political, cultural and economic commentator and director of ResPublica; Keith Clarke, CEO of Atkins Global and Peter Guthrie, Professor in Engineering for Sustainable Development and head of the Centre for Sustainable Development at the University of Cambridge. This Moving Conversation® combines the expertise and imagination of the panellists with clips from ITN Source, the world’s most diverse commercial moving image archive. The resulting debate will challenge, entertain and inform in equal measure, as our brave panellists lay out their vision of the urban future.
